Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent guidelines regarding service cancellations, non-refundable government fees, and claim timeframes.

1. Overview

At UK Ltd Registration, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient company formation experience. However, due to the nature of digital filings and mandatory government fees paid on your behalf, our refund policy reflects the specific costs incurred during the processing stages.

2. Non-Refundable Amounts

Certain costs are irreversible once your order is placed or the processing sequence begins. These amounts are deducted from any eligible refund:

Government Filing Fees

Companies House incorporation fees (£100 as of Feb 2026) are non-refundable once the application is electronically submitted, regardless of whether the company is successfully formed or rejected for user error.

AML & KYC Compliance

Administrative costs for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and identity verification (typically £15.00) are non-refundable once the search is initiated.

Service Setup Fees

Setup costs for Virtual Office, Registered Office Address, or Director Service Address are non-refundable once the address is allocated to your order.

Bank Referral Service

Fees for business bank account introductions or referrals are non-refundable once the data has been securely transmitted to the partner bank.

3. Claim Timeframes

24-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You may request a full refund (minus AML search fees, if already performed) within 24 hours of your purchase, provided your company formation has not yet been submitted to Companies House.

14-Day Refund Window

All refund claims must be formally submitted via email to our support department within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Important HMRC Notification

"Please be advised that government filing fees are collected and paid directly to Companies House and HMRC on your behalf. These fees are statutory and serve as a direct recovery of government costs. Once these funds have been transmitted to the government portal, UK Ltd Registration cannot retrieve these funds and therefore cannot include them in any refund calculation."
