Review Policy

How we collect, check and publish customer feedback — and what we will not do.

Our commitment

We publish only feedback that a real customer wrote. We do not display a rating, an average or a review count that we cannot support with reviews that are actually shown on this site. When we have no published reviews, we show no rating at all.

How to leave a review

Use the review form. We ask for your name or initials, an email address, a star rating, the service you used and your comments. If you have an order number or company number, providing it helps us verify you are a customer.

Your email address is never published. We keep it only so we can contact you about your review if we have a question.

How reviews are published

  1. Every submission is read by a person before it appears on the site.
  2. A review is labelled “Verified customer” only when we can match it to a completed order.
  3. Unverified reviews may still be published, clearly marked as such.
  4. Your wording is published as you wrote it. We do not rewrite reviews, and we do not ask for them to be softened.

What we do not remove

Negative reviews stay up. A one-star review from a real customer is more useful to a prospective buyer than no review at all, and we would rather earn your trust than protect a number.

We remove a review only when it is spam, contains an attempt to inject links or code, impersonates a customer, or discloses someone else's personal information.

Incentives

We do not offer discounts, refunds or any other benefit in exchange for a review, and we do not ask anyone to remove or change a review. If you were offered something for reviewing us, please tell us and we will remove it.

How ratings are calculated

The published rating is the arithmetic mean of every review shown on the site, rounded to one decimal place. The review count is the number of reviews shown. Both are calculated at page load from the reviews listed, so they cannot fall out of step with what you can see.

We do not weight reviews, remove low scores to move an average, or display a different figure from the one the reviews produce.

Illustrative examples

Some pages on this site contain illustrative founder scenarios that show the kinds of problems we help solve. Those are examples, not customer testimonials, and they are labelled as such where they appear. They are never counted towards any rating.

Corrections

If you believe a published review is misattributed to you, or you want your details removed, contact us and we will action it. If we cannot verify that a review came from you, we will remove it.
